Stay with us & walk to town! Golden Leaf is a charming two bedroom cottage with rocking chairs and a bistro set on the spacious front porch. We have seven cottages on our property of River Rock Cottages and are conveniently located 2 blocks from downtown Estes Park and 3.5 miles from RMNP.

This cottage is also fully handicap accessible.

Our Golden Leaf Cottage is a newer cottage and includes two bedrooms and a fully equipped galley kitchen. There is a king bed in one bedroom, a queen murphy bed in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Enjoy your morning coffee on the rocking chairs and bistro set on the large front porch with mountain views.

This cottage is 685 sq ft.

We use a lock box approach for check-in and live on the property. We're here to help as needed and provide advice on hikes, restaurants and other activity on request, but we never intrude.

We love our neighborhood! It's a quiet, older residential neighborhood just two blocks up the hill from the main street in Estes Park. Being up a hill gives us 360 views and while it can be busy in downtown Estes during the summer months, it's peaceful and serene up on our hill.

Our location is perfect to walk downtown to shopping, dining and to enjoy the lovely river walk that is parallel to our main street. There's also a free shuttle service in the summer months with stops throughout Estes Park and also up into the Rocky Mountain National Park.

We are a legally regulated lodging property and follow all town/county/state codes.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
