Stay with Us & Walk to Town! Aspen is a charming cottage with a studio layout and awesome views of Twin Owls. This cottage is conveniently located 2 blocks from downtown Estes Park and 3.5 miles from RMNP.

This cottage shares one interior wall with another cottage (similar to a duplex). The cottage is a studio layout which means there is not a separate bedroom. The bed, kitchenette and sleeper sofa are in the same area.  Please note this cottage has a refrigerator, microwave and a kitchen sink. It does not have an oven/stove.

This cottage is 333 sq ft.

Aspen is one of seven cottages on our property. All of our cottages are clean, modern and tastefully decorated.

We have a large common flagstone patio area with plenty of outdoor seating, a fire pit and outdoor grills.

We use a lock box approach for check-in and live on the property. We're here to help as needed and provide advise on hikes, restaurants and other activity on request, but we never intrude.

We love our neighborhood! It's a quiet, older residential neighborhood just two blocks up the hill from the main street in Estes Park. Being up a hill gives us 360 views and while it can be busy in downtown Estes during the summer months, it's peaceful and serene up on our hill.

Our location is perfect to walk downtown to shopping, dining and to enjoy the lovely river walk that is parallel to our main street. There's also a free shuttle service in the summer months with stops throughout Estes Park and also up into the Rocky Mountain National Park.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
