Interested in the Virginia House but don't need all the space? You can book the first floor only and enjoy all the amenities at a lower rate. When booking the first floor only, the second floor is secured and you'll still enjoy the house by yourself (we do not rent the second floor when first floor is booked).

The Virginia House is conveniently located about 3 blocks from downtown Estes Park within easy walking of shopping, dining and the river walk (the river runs parallel to the main street in town). It's a short 3.5 mile drive to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Virginia House has one bedroom on the main level with a queen size bed. The living area includes plenty of seating with a queen size sleeper sofa and a large flat screen HDTV. The living area also has a gas fireplace to enjoy in the cool mountain evenings. A bathroom with a shower is also on the main level.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area has a pub style dining set with seating for 6. An outdoor charcoal grill is available on the deck outside the dining area. A washer/dryer is also on the main level.

This listing is for the first floor only with a maximum occupancy of 4 (queen bed in bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in living area). When you book the first floor only, we secure the second level and it remains unoccupied during your stay. You're able to enjoy all the amenities of our Virginia House at a lower rate!

You will have access to the entire first floor. The second floor will be secured and not available. The second floor will be vacant when the first floor is occupied.

We use a lock box approach for check-in and live about 100' south of the Virginia House. We're here to help as needed and provide advise on hikes, restaurants and other activity on request, but we never intrude.

We love our neighborhood! It's a quiet, older residential neighborhood just three blocks up the hill from the main street in Estes Park. Being up a hill gives us 360 views and while it can be busy in downtown Estes during the summer months, it's peaceful and serene up on our hill.

Our location is perfect to walk downtown to shopping, dining and to enjoy the lovely river walk that is parallel to our main street. There's also a free shuttle service in the summer months with stops throughout Estes Park and also up into the Rocky Mountain National Park.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
